Step 1 When you have found the book you would like to order click on "Metti nel carrello" to put it in the shopping cart. You will have to do this for every single book you want to purchase. To find all the books by the author click on the author's name. The detail page for the book will have the following image on the right. This one says that the book is available in 1 working day. It also shows the corresponding exchange rate in different values. Click on "Metti nel carrello" to put the item into the shopping cart.
Step 2 To empty the cart check box called "Togli" (Delete) and click on "Svuota il carrello" button. To add more items click the button "Aggiungi altri acquisti". To proceed with the secure ordering click on "Registrazione sicura dell'ordine". Under "Spese di spedizione" you can instantly check the shipping charges for the country chosen from the drop-down menu.
Step 3 If this is the first time you are using iBS click on "Apri un nuovo conto" (Open new account). If you are a returning customer enter your email and password and click on "Conferma i dati".
Step 4 Open a new account by entering your email and password twice and click on "Continua" to... Continue.
Step 5 Enter your First an Last names in the top field followed by your address. Telephone and fax numbers are useful but not mandatory. Partita IVA is for businesses located in Italy and Europe. Click on "Continua".
Step 6 Enter your name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number and the expiration date. Alternatively you can order by phone or fax but remember the time difference between your country and Italy and that the phone service is available Monday through Friday only during normal business hours. Click on "Continua".
Step 7 This page shows you a summary of your data. You can modify by clicking on "Modifica" next to each field. If everything looks correct, click on "Continua" for the next step.
Step 8 Here you can change the shipping address. If you would like to make a gift check the box "Vuoi fare un regalo?".
Step 9 This is the last step where you can still modify the information you entered. To change the quantity enter a new number and click on "Aggiorna l'ordine", to add more items click on "Aggiungi altri acquisti", to confirm your order click on "Conferma l'ordine".	The next page should show you a summary of your completed order. We recommend that you print that page as a receipt, although you will also receive a confirmation of you order by email. That's it!
